TERMS OF DELIVERY
All products ordered on www.sweetbar.ge will be delivered throughout Tbilisi by www.sweetbar.ge and its partner company Onaway.
The transportation fee will be gel 4.5 in Tbilisi. If the order exceeds gel 100 the delivery will be free of charge.
All pre-ordered items are checked. Every item undergoes quality control before the delivery.
The ordered items will be delivered according to the following schedule:

DELIVERY POLICY
The recipient should check the item on-site and the delivery should be confirmed by signature.
If the item has any defects the recipient should contact buyers on the phone number: +995593132408 while the courier is still on-site.
REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES
Taking into consideration the fact that we are dealing with food products, the return or exchange policy is quite specific and many details need to be considered in advance.
Www.sweetbar.ge ensures the return or exchange of the products with a refund if you contact us no later than one hour after the order is placed (before the product leaves the warehouse) and inform us about the changes.

The company will reimburse the cost of delivery service and the product itself, if:
• the product delivered to the customer does not correspond to the description of the product in the order;
• the product was damaged during delivery (external damage);
• visual defect is confirmed;
The product is returned only in the first condition (original packaging), be sure to have a check (cash or non-cash), in case of online order, a statement from the bank.
